In the year 2016 Brunel University celebrated 50 years as a University. It is one of London\u2019s Research Universities and is located in Uxbridge, West London. I was named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel a great engineer of the 19th Century. The main Colleges of the university are three (3): College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences \u2013 College of Engineering Design and Physical Sciences \u2013 College of Health and Life Sciences. The University has a total of 12,746 students out of which the 3,309 are engaged in postgraduate study and research and is famous for combining academic rigor with a practical approach.<\/p>\n
