The Northumbria University is located at Newcastle-upon-Tyne in northeastern England which has regularly been voted the best student city of the UK. The central campus is \u2018City Campus\u2019 which can be found at the centre of Newcastle and is divided into \u2018City Campus East\u2019 and \u2018City Campus West\u2019.
\nAt City Campus East you will find the Faculties of Law, Graphic Design and Business (also known as Newcastle Business School \u2013 NBS). At City Campus West you will find the Faculties of Art & Social Sciences, Computer Science and many more.<\/p>\n

There you will also find the university library, the Student Union Building and Sport Central which hosts all kinds of athletic activities at cutting-edge facilities following an investment of 31 million pounds which opened in 2010. Since 2014 there is also a London campus where you can study various Economics and Business degrees on postgraduate level.<\/p>\n

It is ranked amongst the 10 best universities in terms of graduate employability. Research shows that 9 out 10 Northumbria graduates are working or continue their studies within the first six months upon graduation. The university also holds strong bonds with important firms in the labour market such as Nike, IBM, Nissan, Proctor & Gamble, the BBC and the NHS.<\/p>\n

The university recently launched a new partnership with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), offering a unique opportunity to its students to study postgraduate programs in Amsterdam.
